He is a very young eye specialist, but after talking to him I was genuinely shocked. His speaking skills, counseling, and the way he explained everything made it feel like he has years of experience. He has an excellent command of diagnosis and treatment. Alhamdulillah, I got significant relief with the medicines he prescribed within days. He is very respectful, humble, and professional. After meeting Dr. Hassan and receiving his honest guidance, we felt confident moving forward. The surgery was then performed by Dr. Tanveer, and I can honestly say that the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Dr. Tanveer is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable in his field, but he also takes the time to answer every question with patience and genuine care. My father felt comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. His approach is warm, compassionate, and professional more like a trusted family member than just a doctor. I would also like to recognize Assistant Nabila, whose kindness, professionalism, and welcoming attitude made a lasting impression on us from the very first day. Excellent customer service is something I value highly, and the level of care and respect we received here was outstanding. From the doctors to the administration and support staff, everyone at ZE Hospital treated us with dignity, compassion, and professionalism. The hospital is clean, organized, and truly patient-focused. We were very happy to see this setup because we've barely seen such neat and clean centres. They have everything required available. The operation theatre is excellent, they have arrangements for laser therapy, and the staff is very cooperative; our testing and documentation was done as soon as we arrived, and now I am leaving fully satisfied

My experience here was very nice. The clinic is also very nice, very professional people. They document everything and give us a record of it too! I got got an operation for one of my eyes a while back and I got my second operation for my second eye only five days ago and Alhamdulillah my nearsightedness has been cured.
